To register the STERNA ADMIN APP, you must provide us with information such as the name of the company as it is registered with the entities that regulate the country of origin of the company, full names and surnames of the legal representative, address where the company operates, city, email address, mobile number, as well as a password.
In your profile there are different options that you must enter, such as: names and surnames, company address, among other information that is requested at the time of registration.
VISIBILITY OF YOUR PROFILE
Once your profile is validated as a user, you will have interaction in the application for the STERNA international recruitment process.
USE OF THE SERVICES
We register your visits in the ADMIN STERNA APP and your use of our services, applies for when your information is entered. We record usage data when you visit or use our services in a different way, including our websites, applications and platform technology (for example, our add-ons on other websites), such as when you see or click on a content (for example, a learning video) or in advertisements (on our websites and applications or outside of them), when you perform a search, install or update one of our mobile applications or interact in a recruitment process. We use login logs, device information and Internet Protocol addresses ("IP") to identify and register your use in the ADMIN STERNA APP.
We collect information about you when you receive or interact with the international recruitment process; For example: if you upload information or give any advice to the candidate, if you participate in a process, among others, we follow up to see if you have taken any action in this regard and we will send you reminders.

The ADMIN STERNA APP will allow you to interact in the international recruitment process, follow up or validate the process of candidates with qualified professional profiles from different countries, you will also receive information about their interaction according to each process through which the candidate passes, allowing the end of the hiring and / or adaptability of the candidate in the country of destination with the accompaniment to achieve the objective.
We contact you and allow communications through the application, email, and through other means such as text message and automatic notification.
We use the data to help you and solve problems. We use the data to investigate, respond and resolve complaints and problems with the service (for example, errors).
SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS
All the data provided in your profile as USER and any document (for example, legal documents that identify you as a natural person or company, among others) that you include in the ADMIN STERNA APP will be seen only by STERNA.
Your profile allows you to interact with the STERNA international recruitment process with users such as: candidates with qualified professional profiles worldwide, destination and / or home agencies, translators, transportation, all depending on their role and the permissions assigned to the process.
DISCLOSURES REQUIRED BY LAW
We may have to share your data when we think it is necessary by law or to protect your rights and security, ours or those of third parties.
We may need to disclose your information when required by law, in a subpoena or other legal proceeding or if we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent or act against alleged illegal activities or to help the security forces; (2) to enforce the Terms and Conditions of use; (3) investigate and defend ourselves from claims or allegations of third parties; (4) protect the security or integrity of our service (such as sharing information with companies that face similar threats); (5) exercise or protect the rights and security of STERNA and our USERS.
