By accepting the commitment letter, you will have visibility of candidates with a qualified professional profile, where you can choose the profiles according your needs and related to the company's job offers.

 

1.4. USE OF OUR SERVICES

We register your visits in the STERNA EMPLOYER APP and your use of our services applies when your information is entered. We record data when you visit or otherwise use our Services, including our websites, applications and platform technology such as when you view or click on content (for example, a learning video) or advertisements. You perform a search, install or update one of our mobile applications or send job offers to candidates. We use login logs, device information and Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses to identify and record your use in STERNA.

 

1.5. NOTIFICATIONS

We collect information about you when you receive or interact with the international recruitment process; For example, if you send an interview request, response from the candidates, among others, we follow up to see if you have taken any action in this regard and we will send you reminders.

We may have to share your data when we think it is necessary by law or to protect your, ours or thirds rights and security.

We may need to disclose your information in case it is extremely required by law, in a legal citation or other legal proceeding or if we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent or act against alleged illegal activities or to help to the security forces; (2) to enforce the Terms and Conditions of use; (3) investigate and defend against claims or allegations of third parties; (4) protect the security or integrity of our Service (such as sharing information with companies that face similar threats); or (5) to enforce or protect the rights and security of STERNA, our candidates, companies, agencies, our staff or others.

We will try to notify companies that their personal data has been legally requested when we consider it appropriate to our judgment, unless it is prohibited by law, by a court order or when the request is an emergency. We may question such requirements when we consider, in our opinion when the requests are not very specific, not clear or lack of necessary authority, although we do not undertake to challenge each request.

 

3.3. CONTROL CHANGE OR SALE

4.3. CLOSE ACCOUNT

We keep some of your data even after you have closed your account. If you decide to close your STERNA EMPLOYER APP account, your business and personal data will no longer be seen in our services, within 72 hours. Normally, we delete the information of the accounts closed within three (3) months from the closing of the account, except in the cases mentioned below.

We will keep your business and personal data even after closing the account if it is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including, requests from law enforcement), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, avoid cases of fraud and abuse. We apply our Terms of use or fulfill your request to unsubscribe from future messages you receive from STERNA. Once your account has been closed, we will retain depersonalized information.

5.1. SECURITY

We control and try to prevent security failures. Use the security features available in our services. We apply security measures designed to protect your data. We periodically monitor our systems to detect possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send us. There is no guarantee that the data cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in case of filtration or infringement of our security control, including physical, technical or management measures.
